nice day for a drive

I went for a drive up-river to see a client today. I was bored along the way so I took some photos with my camera phone to pass the time. Here they are. Don't mind the crack in my window or the water. LOL

fitness or bust

I joined a health club this week. You never realize how out of shape you are until you turn to jello on a cardio machine.  LOL  After 8 years of sitting behind a desk I'm way overdue for some exercise. Anyone want to join me?

a new day

it's a new day today. time for a change, and with it some long needed room to breathe. a side of me that has been dormant for close to a decade is coming alive again like a bear waking up from a long winter sleep. this is going to be fun.
